Together, we pinpoint problems, set goals, identify helpful tools and strategies, and articulate next steps that bring positive, lasting change.
My role as a coach is to be a keen listener, pose thought-provoking questions, and assist clients in finding clarity. Together, we center our efforts on the present as well as make a plan for action towards what they desire for their future.
Figuring things out:
In the beginning, we engage in meaningful conversations about life, the challenges they're encountering, and changes they aspire to make.
Setting goals:
We collaborate to transform desires into actionable goals, all while keeping an eye on any hurdles or limiting beliefs that may arise.
Building skills & learning new strategies:
Throughout the coaching process, we try out new skills, tools and strategies that help in navigating challenges and reaching goals. We might work on things such as easing anxiety, managing time better, improving interpersonal communication, making decisions, taking action, and building confidence and resilience.
Staying on track:
Through regular check-ins and follow-up sessions, clients receive ongoing support, encouragement and feedback which helps them stay motivated and accountable as they progress towards their objectives.
Reflecting and celebrating:
As it's so important to look back and see how far we've come, we regularly review progress together, celebrate achievements and explore new challenges.
*Please note that as a coach, I do not diagnose mental health conditions. If deeper emotional issues arise during coaching, I may recommend seeking appropriate professional help.

I help young adults through big life changes, focusing on building essential skills, resilience, and a strong sense of independence. Together, we tackle challenges, explore education and career paths, and create healthy habits for a balanced life.
I help teens build confidence and reach their full potential—socially, emotionally, and academically. We work on understanding their feelings, managing stress and anxiety, and developing strategies for organization and efficiency.
I help pre-teens build confidence and important life skills as they navigate school and friendships. We work on understanding emotions, managing stress, and creating simple systems for staying organized and focused.
My coaching supports children, teens, and young adults with ADHD, Autism, and other forms of neurodivergence in building executive function, emotional regulation, social skills, and meaningful relationships. We navigate life transitions such as college preparation, independent living, dating, and career exploration. Our sessions provide a safe, supportive space to share worries and frustrations, as well as creative ideas and stories that are waiting to be expressed — all while building confidence, self-awareness, and life skills.
Parenting can be both rewarding and complex. With my extensive experience as a parent, teacher, and coach working with young people, I can assist you in building positive and supportive relationships with your children.
Also, sometimes we as parents find ourselves in need of someone who can listen and offer suggestions for life's challenges. Worries about our children, marital concerns/divorce, burnout or hormonal changes can creep into our lives, making us feel anxious and uncertain. As someone who has navigated these paths, I'm here to lend an empathetic ear, offer support and share insights.
For international parents, I raised my children whilst living and working abroad and understand the unique challenges it can bring. I am happy to share my experiences and offer suggestions for navigating difficult times as well as getting the most from your time in a foreign culture.
I offer free initial sessions, to parents and their child, to explore how I can be most supportive.
These sessions are completely free, with no pressure to commit—just a chance to connect and see how we might work together.
